Most people with unwanted facial hair are suitable candidates, however, you might want to avoid it if you have sensitive skin or are prone to breakouts.
Additionally, if you’re currently taking/using any of the following:

  • Blood-thinning medication
  • Oral medication for acne
  • A medicated facial exfoliant

You may want to consult your doctor before booking an appointment, as these can all interfere with the skin’s sensitivity.

Here at The Beauty By Bita salon, a threading expert takes a thin cotton thread and twists it into a double strand, which then is swept along the skin. With rhythmic – almost hypnotic – movement, the unwanted hairs are secured in the thread and lifted from the follicle with precision and finesse.

Many of our customers agree that threading causes less discomfort than brow waxing. Because it targets individual hairs, threading keeps skin irritation to a minimum. Excessive pulling on delicate skin around the eyes is eliminated, and for those sensitive to waxing or depilatory products, there is no exposure to irritants.

A simple eyebrow threading can take just 5-7 minutes. The upper lip takes about 3 minutes; a full face thread takes about 15-minutes

Check with your doctor about the specific healing time for your procedure and inquire how long you should wait until you resume threading.

Eyebrow Brow Lamination results will vary from client to client but in most cases last upwards to 6-7weeks.
Once the brow hairs have completed their growth cycle, clients can repeat the procedure again.

Arrive at your appointment 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, well-rested and relaxed in order to complete paperwork and that you get the most out of your session.

The eyeliner or lash line procedure is more psychologically scary to most clients but there are very few nerve endings in the lash line so it is an easy procedure. Before starting pigmentation a strong topical numbing cream is applied and reapplied during the procedure.

On average, it typically lasts two to three months. It depends on how long your lashes fall out and grow back, which gives you the advantage of doing it again as soon as you noticed your lashes are back into its natural shape. It means you have new lashes ready for a perm!

Although lash lift is a gentle perming procedure, it is only unsafe if not performed correctly. Having it done by a trained lash technician is much better if you do it for the first time.
